PEI road trip.
I love road trips! Especially when last minute planned. Back in the summer of 2010, I had the opportunity of taking few days off before flying to Europe and decided to visit Canada’s smallest province. Few months before that, I was helping my daughter working on a school project on Prince Edward Island. Green fields, oceans views, fishermen boats, how could I resist those landscapes?
We landed in Moncton (New Brunswick) late at night, rented a car and drove to a hotel nearby. That same night, armed with a map of PEI we planed the all trip.
Arriving from New Brunswick the first thing you notice is the Confederation Bridge. Driving along the coast you start noticing the bridge structure kilometres away, shaped like a caterpillar moving on top of the water.
If you think the shape is cool, wait until you drive over it!
Driving along Hwy 10 to Victoria, a small little town founded in 1819.
