1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all unframed fine art prints internationally and domestically, packaged and rolled up in a high impact tube for safe transportation.

2. How long does delivery take?

Please allow 7 – 20 business days from the date of purchase to the delivery date for Canada and US. International deliveries may take a few days longer.

3. What do you mean by a numbered limited edition print?

Each limited edition print is limited to a fixed quantity of prints per size that will be printed, ever. Your print will have a specific number associated to it so you know exactly which edition it is within the number of limited edition prints. 

4. Does my print come signed?

Yes. Each print is hand signed by me prior to delivery.

5. What paper do you print on?

All prints are printed on the finest archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag® FineArt Inkjet paper. Photo Rag® is a white, 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture that guarantees archival standards. With its premium matt inkjet coating, Photo Rag® meets the highest standard regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.

6. Does the print come framed?

No. All prints are unframed. Framing is a subjective process not ideal for one size fits all workflow.

7. Do the prints come with a border?

Yes. All prints come with a custom white border to enable protective handling of your print during the production and packing process and to enable limited edition signing and numbering. 

8. How long will the print last?

All prints are printed on archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag® FineArt Inkjet paper that has been tested to last more than 200 hundred years.

9. How do I receive my print?

All prints will be shipped, in a high impact tube for safe transportation, to the address provided upon check out. For special delivery request, please contact me.

10. How should I unroll my print once received?

It is advised that prints are not unrolled unless done so by a framing professional. Unrolling the print too often may increase the risk of damage done to the print prior to framing. To unrolled the artwork ensure hands are clean and dry. Clean surgical gloves are recommended.

11. Which prints are limited edition and which are not?

All prints are limited edition.

12. How long does delivery take?

Canadian delivery should take a maximum of two weeks. International deliveries may take a week longer.

13. Can I buy an entire edition?

Yes. You can be the sole owner of an image on condition that no other editions have been sold. This means that you will be the only person on the earth to own a printed edition of that particular photograph. Please contact for more informations.

14. Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order.  After 24 hours, no cancellations will be allowed.

15. Can I return a print?

All prints available for purchase through Alessandro Cancian Photography are made to order – therefore there are no returns or exchanges if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

If you receive a damaged photograph, contact me within 24 hours. Save the box and all packaging material because I MUST have all these items in order to process the claim. If materials are thrown out, I am unable to process any claims. 

16. Copyright

When you purchase one of the fine art prints, you are buying the actual physical copy. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilize the image in any manner without prior written authorization. You will own the print, not the rights to the original image.
